UCAR’s Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion worked with two independent companies, National Research Center and The Spring Institute, to field a workplace culture survey of staff in May and June of 2017.
The goals of the survey were to better understand the workplace environment and experience for our staff, to get recommendations from expert consultants in ways to create a more inclusive and welcoming culture throughout the organization, and to establish a baseline for measuring the effectiveness of the actions put in place in response to those recommendations.
Staff can access the results of the survey, including an executive summary, full report, and videos of town halls.
