- We will disclose non-confidential information about the invention. If you would like more detailed information, you will be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
- Should you decide to proceed, UCAR's Office of General Counsel will negotiate an agreement that fits your needs and represents the interests of UCAR and the inventor.
